All our products, whether baby carriers MySol® and WrapMysol or our wraps and ring slings, are 100% handmade.
This starts with dyeing the yarns, goes through weaving the fabrics, and finishes with tailoring the baby carriers. Our baby carriers were developed in collaboration with babywearing consultants, and our tailors use a specially developed pattern for this purpose.
For decades, we have been successfully working with small cooperatives and artisan businesses in Guatemala.
On the one hand, this allows us to obtain handmade products of outstanding quality, and on the other hand, regular and continuous orders enable many families to earn an income and improve their quality of life.
Weaving on traditional handlooms is also traditionally deeply rooted in Maya culture, and we are fortunate to be able to rely on the great expertise and craftsmanship of our employees here.
Hand-woven baby wrap fabrics are very popular worldwide because the properties of the babywearing products are simply convincing all round in daily use, both in application and in fabric quality.
Recently, we were also able to win over a small cooperative of Tz'utujil Maya with their traditional knowledge of plant dyeing for a collaboration, and we now also have products dyed purely with plant power in our rich assortment of babywearing items.

Fair remuneration throughout the entire value creation process is a matter of course for us, which is why we also calculate with a relatively small margin so that our babywearing products remain affordable for most families.
By avoiding production in conventional factories, we can also save a large amount of resources and CO2.
